” THE LEGENDERY CHEATING “Floyd Mayweather Allegedly Paid Extortionist Whose Thugs ‘broke A Couple Of Heads’ In Boxer’s Camp

Floyd Mayweather Jr., renowned for his perfect professional boxing record, has always been known for his tactical prowess inside the ring. However, it seems that the boxing great has had to navigate challenges beyond the sport, according to his former promoter Bob Arum.

In a recent revelation, Arum discussed an alleged incident involving Rap-A-Lot Records CEO James Prince, who is said to have extorted Mayweather. According to Arum, Mayweather sought his assistance to resolve a street debt linked to Prince, a figure often referred to as the Boogeyman of the entertainment industry due to his intimidating reputation.

James Prince, who is backed by a Mafia-style organization, has reportedly been involved in extorting artists and celebrities, particularly those visiting Houston and other areas. This reputation makes him a figure even a legendary boxer like Mayweather would prefer to avoid conflict with.

During a Monday appearance on ESPN’s Highly Questionable, Arum recounted a troubling incident. “We were at dinner one night when I received a call about a disturbance at my gym,” Arum explained. “Floyd had reportedly requested a postponement of a fight from October to December, wanting to avoid any overlap with James Prince’s contract.”

Arum continued, “Soon after, a group of individuals—whether or not with Prince’s direct knowledge—is unclear—arrived at the gym and violently assaulted several members of Mayweather’s camp with baseball bats. The gym was left covered in blood. The following day, Floyd came to my office and informed me that Prince was demanding payment for the upcoming fight. I offered to write him a letter of credit, but Floyd insisted, ‘Prince doesn’t deal with letters of credit; you better send the cash.’”
