Earlier this year, Homeland Security raided a 17,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion owned by music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs as part of an investigation into sex-trafficking allegations. Now, Combs has listed the luxurious property for $61.5 million. The 10-bedroom mansion, located on an exclusive 1.5-acre lot in Holmby Hills, offers extensive amenities, including a 35-person theater, a pool with a grotto connected by an underground water tunnel, and a fully equipped spa building with a beauty salon.

Purchased by Combs in 2014 for $39 million shortly after completion by spec mansion builder Nile Niami, this “European-style” home also includes a two-story guest house, formal gardens, a basketball court, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and pizza oven. The sale is managed by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, although he has yet to comment publicly on the listing.

The listing of Combs’ mansion follows a series of serious legal troubles. Federal prosecutors indicted Combs on sex-trafficking and racketeering charges on Tuesday, alleging his involvement in a decade-long sex-trafficking operation where victims were reportedly drugged and assaulted during exclusive parties. While Combs has denied the charges, his legal team maintains that he is “not a criminal.”
The Beverly Hills property stands among some of the most opulent estates in the U.S., sharing the neighborhood with high-profile names such as Kylie Jenner and the Playboy Mansion.
