Rhea Ripley has commented for the first time after making her return on tonight’s July 8 episode of WWE Raw.
Ripley’s return closed the show after the main event match with Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan teaming up against Rey Mysterio and Zelina Vega.
Dominik and Morgan picked up the win, and Morgan was keen on celebrating the victory with a kiss in the middle of the ring.
Just as it looked like Dominik was going in for it, Rhea Ripley’s music hit and she stormed down the ramp.
Morgan managed to run away, but Ripley confronted Dominik in the ring, where he went for a hug but Ripley refused.
She walked away and Dominik was left straggling behind her, begging for forgiveness and trying to explain the situation.
That’s how the show finished, but Ripley took to Twitter minutes after the show, and simply wrote:
MAMI’S BACK!
This was her first WWE TV appearance since she vacated the Women’s World Championship on April 15 due to the injury she suffered during a backstage brawl with Morgan.
If Ripley has been cleared for an in-ring return, a match between her and Morgan is likely to take place at SummerSlam.
