Meet Sukha! Things got worse when she got pregnant. Her cruel owner did not want her to give birth and take care of his puppies, so he starved, tortured and neglected her. Throughout the day, Sukha was scolded for being pregnant, and she lived in fear of what would happen to her and her unborn puppies.
One day, Sukha could not stand the abuse and decided to run away from her employer. She ran until she was exhausted and collapsed on the side of the road. Even in her frail state, she was tied by a rope around her neck, a cruel reminder of her past life.
