Despite the unhealthy front legs, this lovely dog still shows his confidence and love for life by dancing like a kangaroo, making everyone fall in love.
When he was adopted by an animal rescue center in Colne, Lancashire, England, this 6-week-old chihuahua was disabled in his front legs. This makes him unable to walk normally or play outside like his other friends.
However, at the age of 5 months, this dog surprised everyone when he knew how to dance with his hind legs. From there, the dog was named Roo after the word “Kangaroo”. Because when dancing, the little Roo dog looks like a loving kangaroo.
Roo’s caretakers say the dog is not afraid of his disability but is always happy and active. Roo likes to jump around the house as a joy and can jump up the stairs, run and jump in the garden forever. Roo also seems to get along very well when playing with his house dog, Sebastian .
The story of this optimistic, strong dog has moved many people. However, people still restrict Roo from going out on the street for fear that he will have an accident. Paula Knowles , who runs a dog support center, is campaigning to design Roo a special wheelchair that fits him. Everyone is gradually making efforts so that the little dog who loves life does not have to miss a single joy in this colorful world.
