As a pet lover, there is nothing more heartwarming than the sight of newborn puppies. But when it comes to a pregnant dog that has been abandoned and left to fend for itself, the situation can be heartbreaking. 
In my case, that was exactly what happened. One day, I found a pregnant dog hiding in my garden, and it turned out she was already 8.5 weeks pregnant. She was in a pitiful state, and it was clear she had been abandoned. Despite her rough condition, she was still fiercely protective of her unborn puppies.
I knew I had to take action to help her, and so I did. I provided her with food, water, and a warm place to sleep. In the following days, she became more comfortable with me, and I gained her trust. As the days went by, I noticed that she had grown bigger and bigger, and I knew that the puppies were coming soon.
One morning, I woke up to find that the dog had given birth to nine adorable puppies. They were tiny, helpless, and completely dependent on their mother. The dog was overjoyed, and I felt proud to have been able to help her during this difficult time.
Taking care of a pregnant dog and her puppies is not an easy task, but it is incredibly rewarding. You need to make sure that the mother and her puppies have enough food, water, and a comfortable place to sleep. It is also important to keep the area clean and hygienic to prevent any infections.
As the puppies grow, they will become more active and playful, and you will need to provide them with plenty of toys and attention. It is also essential to start training them from an early age so that they can become well-behaved and obedient dogs.
