Paul Heyman Hospitalized After Brutal Bloodline Attack
In a shocking turn of events, WWE manager Paul Heyman found himself at the receiving end of a brutal assault by the newly reformed Bloodline faction.
The incident occurred during WWE SmackDown at Madison Square Garden.
The Bloodline, led by Solo Sikoa in Roman Reigns’ absence, targeted Heyman after he refused to acknowledge Sikoa as his Tribal Chief. The tension escalated quickly, resulting in a vicious attack.
Sikoa executed a Samoan Spike on Heyman, incapacitating him. Jacob Fatu followed up with a diving splash, and the faction powerbombed Heyman through the ringside announcer’s table.
The arena erupted as the faction members taunted with their signature “ones” gesture, Sikoa wearing the ula fala lei.
Medical personnel swiftly moved Heyman away from the ringside area on a stretcher, loading him into an ambulance. The severity of his injuries remains undisclosed, but the situation is undoubtedly dire.
Roman Reigns, the original leader of the Bloodline, has been absent since losing the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40.
With Heyman’s hospitalization, questions arise about Reigns’ return and whether he will seek retribution for the attack on his loyal advocate.
