Triple H is doing everything he can to bring Brock Lesnar back to WWE to replace Roman Reigns, in an effort to save RAW’s plummeting ratings on Netflix
WWE RAW has been going through a tumultuous period since moving to Netflix. Although this move was once expected to be a “revolution” in expanding the global viewership market, the harsh reality is causing WWE’s big bosses to have a headache: ratings are constantly falling, interest from mainstream audiences has decreased significantly, and especially the absence of a face with enough stature to lead the show.

Roman Reigns – the leader of The Bloodline and an iconic champion for many years – is currently on hiatus. And although WWE has tried to promote many names such as Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins or Damian Priest, no one is really “heavy” enough to fill the void left by Roman.
And that’s when the name Brock Lesnar is mentioned again.
According to many behind-the-scenes sources, Triple H – WWE’s current Chief Creative Officer – is actively looking for a way to bring “The Beast Incarnate” back to the ring, despite the controversy surrounding Lesnar’s removal from WrestleMania 40 due to sensitive reasons. With his destructive fighting style, global popularity and top-notch fan-attracting ability of all time, Lesnar is the “final weapon” that Triple H is betting on to save RAW from its decline.
Lesnar = Ratings. This is not just empty talk. Every time he appears, Lesnar always creates unforgettable highlights – from bloody matches to classic moments like consecutive suplexes or F-5s that destroy all situations. In the context of increasingly impatient audiences and WWE facing fierce competition from AEW, UFC and a series of other entertainment platforms, having a “real monster” like Lesnar return can be a key factor in keeping the audience.
However, the biggest hurdle is that WWE needs to overcome behind-the-scenes issues and Lesnar’s extremely strict contract. But given the current situation, no one would be surprised if Triple H is determined to “open the safe”, even break all limits just to bring Brock back.
WWE RAW is in need of a big boost. And perhaps, that boost can only come from “The Beast”.
