When asked about a potential match against GUNTHER, Lashley did not hold back. He said, “One person that I’d like to get my hands on because they’ve kept us really far apart for so long is GUNTHER.”
The hosts reminded Lashley of GUNTHER’s brutal encounters with other WWE stars, including Sheamus. Lashley responded with confidence, “Oh, yeah, I’m really nervous about that,” he joked, before getting serious. “I’m not the one to back down. Look, I’ve asked for this matchup several times. I even asked him directly. He didn’t want to. He backed out.”
