John Stones talks about goals at Man City
In 2015, John Stones joined Man City for £ 50 million, a record for a defender at the time. After 7 years of ups and downs, the player born in 1995 now becomes the mainstay of the defense of The Citizens.
John Stones has achieved a series of glory with Man City, including 5 Premier League titles, notably. But the English midfielder wants more than that.
Recently, John Stones revealed that he aims to play for Man City until the age of 40 and will retire here. Midfielder 5 shared:
“This is the house where I’ve been for seven years. I want to play here for as long as possible. I’d even finish at 40 if I could. The time I had on the bench was tough, but but it’s not. I don’t want to leave and I have no intention of giving up.
I’ve always been a fighter even when I failed at the U ages because they called me small. But I’ve proven I’m good enough to do anything. I am proud of what I have achieved with City and now. I will work even harder to win more titles and make history here.”
