Breaking News: Roman Reigns Being Pulled From The Promotion Is WWE Hiding A Big Surprise?

Roman Reigns dominated WWE for nearly four years, becoming the face of the company as he headed into the grand spectacle of WrestleMania 40. However, his reign as the Undisputed WWE Champion came to an end when Cody Rhodes defeated him at the event.

Since then, the future of The Tribal Chief has been shrouded in mystery, with expectations that he would be absent from WWE television programming. As WWE gears up for its biggest summer event, WWE SummerSlam, speculation about Reigns’ return has reached a fever pitch.

The rumors intensified last week when Reigns was spotted training with a well-known friend. Adding fuel to the fire, he was initially advertised for the final SmackDown before SummerSlam, heightening fan anticipation.

However, WWE appears to have revised its plans. The global juggernaut, along with Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio, recently released new promotional material on X for the August 2 SmackDown, conspicuously omitting Roman Reigns from the lineup.

Instead, the superstars now advertised for the SummerSlam go-home edition of SmackDown include Cody Rhodes, Bayley, Randy Orton, LA Knight, Jade Cargill, and Bianca Belair.

This development has left fans wondering if Roman Reigns’ hiatus might extend beyond SummerSlam. It’s important to note, though, that his absence from the listing doesn’t necessarily mean he won’t be back by then. The WWE Universe can only wait and hope for The Head of the Table to make a grand return.

Do you think Roman Reigns will stay away from WWE until after SummerSlam? When do you think The Tribal Chief will make his comeback? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
